Carlitos has been in every situation imaginable, helping kids be brave through their battles. He’s been with kids in hospitals, kids undergoing surgeries, kids with injuries due to accidents, kids dealing with serious sickness or disease, kids with various special needs, grieving kids, bullied kids, victims of trauma, victims of divorce, kids living in poverty, kids dealing with anxiety, victims of various natural disasters, and the list goes on. Some families give us permission to show pictures of their child with Carlitos, but we do not post names or locations for their protection. Below is a gallery of pictures used with permission.
